Throughout the season we strive to compete at a high level and that starts on the training field. The heat and humidity can get pretty intense here so be prepared to work hard during the afternoons. Our coaches are dedicated to each player to improve team chemistry as well as fitness during the college off-season. In addition to training, each player has access to one of our partner gyms for any extra sessions they want to complete either with the team or on their own.
Our players spend three months in Charlotte living with host families who graciously offer their homes to accommodate each member of our roster. This gives each person the opportunity of learning more about the culture of the area from a family perspective as well as being able to share their own.
Our home matches are played at Charlotte Christian School, which is located on the same site as our training field.
Our players do a lot more than just play soccer during their time at the club. We believe this is a time for each person to grow spiritually within our ministry environment. During the first weeks of the season our players participate in sports ministry training as part of their induction. There are also opportunities to coach the next generation of Eagles talent at our youth camps that run throughout the summer.
